The Company was established in the year 1981 as “M/s. Arcadia Shipping Private Ltd" by Mr. M. N Shah & his young team of professionals. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. M. N. Shah, the company made rapid progress in all spheres of the Shipping & Offshore Industry. At present the company enjoys the position of one of the leading Ship Owners/Shipping Agents in Mumbai, with Branches/Agents in all Major Indian Ports. In its quest for expansion and growth to keep pace with the global developments the company has diversified its activities into other allied fields. The name of company was changed into "M/s. Arcadia Shipping Limited" w.e.f. 26.04.1991 and has been duly incorporated as a company under the provisions of Indian Companies Act, 1956.
